If you’re travelling Tassie our newest listing is a great little find! Owners, Beck and Scally welcome everyone and all vehicles from tents and caravans to big rigs and well behaved pets!
The campground is located on the same site as Freycinet Paintball (so you can have some fun while you’re there). The campground offers large grassy sites, there’s plenty of room to camp in the field or under shady wattles beyond the main campsite with views of Moulting Lagoon.
You can enjoy the licensed bar opened in the evenings with TV, BBQ and firepit to share some stories with fellow travellers. It has a flushing toilet and coin operated hot shower (with good pressure) and extra port-a-loos around the campground.
You’ll find Campground at Freycinet Paintball on Coles Bay Road, 1 km south of the Friendly Beaches turnoff – check it out on the Camps Australia Wide App. You can pick up gas bottles at the kiosk which sells a small range of goods such as milk and snacks. Camping is for 5-7 days, but check with the owners if you need to stay a bit longer.
