One skier set up right on the edge of the plain. A beautiful spot! It is a walk-in site for tent camping – with a drop toilet. The two room hut is pretty rustic inside and out – there is a fireplace, the hut is only for

Maritime history at Port Albert Parking Area

Photo credit: Di and Jim O’Mara and No Boundaries An overnighter – but a beauty!  Just a slight detour in off the beaten track, Port Albert is a sleepy fishing village on the Victorian coast that caters well for a few self-contained RVs right on the foreshore.  The town is steeped in maritime history with some of its buildings dating back to the mid 1800’s. We enjoyed a late afternoon walk around the Old Port Walking Trail, followed by a counter meal at the charming Customs House Inn a short stroll from the parking area. The PORT ALBERT PARKING AREA
