Gordon and Barbara at Rainbow Beach Holiday Village, QLD
Camping

Warm up with four waterside spots and a station stay

Brrr! Have you had snow at your place? It is chilly here, too. No wonder travellers are heading north for winter. Heatley and I caught up with Gordon, the creator of ‘Gas Bottle Refills’ and his partner, Barbara whilst they were on their latest Queensland trip. Gas bottles are a new feature on the Camps Australia Wide App – the functionality can be turned off just like petrol stations, so it is there when you need it. This is in addition to the new gas bottle symbol you’ll find at sites where you can buy or swap your gas bottle. Seasoned travellers, Barbara shared some

Happy Mother’s Day!

Rain, rain and more rain here today! But it is a long weekend AND our region has another May long weekend coming up for the local show.  It was so good to commemorate ANZAC Day with our community, unlike last year – and for some Western Australians. We’ve seen so many vans and RVs out there, I think everyone who can, is enjoying the freedom.  Here am I, our youngest took a photo of me kitting out the ‘kitchen’ of the new van. We can’t wait to hit the road!  Mother’s Day is just around the corner on May 9, and

Camps Australia Wide - Our Hybrid Van
Camping

An ANZAC pilgrimage, 2 budget and 2 free camps plus a new van!

Our new Hybrid Van I think all of us travel with purpose with Camps Australia Wide. I met a couple last week, who not only travel with a true purpose but they inspire others to
