From winter swims to snowy caps

In today’s latest news you’ll hear about two National Park campgrounds (BYO togs), in WA and NT, bush camping in NSW, a QLD showground, a Territory brewery stay and a free stop with views to Australia’s highest peak

I guess that is winter in Australia, we have the full extremes of temperatures. Aussies are experiencing other extremes – from lockdowns and ‘iso’ to free range travel. We hope if you aren’t touring right now, you are taking comfort in planning future adventures!

The latest stage of Litchfield National Park in NT’s Top End has been released. Camping starts this weekend with direct creek access for swimming. You’ll need a 4WD for this section of the park. Here’s a photo of some of our crew enjoying the cascades at Buley Rockholes – they love nothing better than waterfall and waterhole hopping in a hot winter!

Finally – an early heads up for Father’s Day on Sunday, September 5. Check our socials for a special Father’s Day giveaway soon – more on that in our next newsletter!
