Must see: Red Rock Beach, NSW

A stand out destination, Red Rock Beach is north of Coffs Harbour, NSW. You can see why it has that name – but have you visited?  It is just so special because it has two beaches – offering totally different experiences, a creek and a river! Corindi River and the beaches surround Reflections Holiday Park Red Rock.  After lunch in the picnic area (watching kayakers), we swam at Little Beach, perfect for families at this sheltered cove.  There was even a bit of shade on the sand when we visited from the Pandanus trees. Beware of tidal channels here. Note:

10 things to do and see in Tin Can Bay, Queensland

The small fishing and tourist town of Tin Can Bay is on the Cooloola Coast of the Gympie Region, between the Sunshine Coast and Fraser Coast in Queensland. Here’s what we recommend you do and see whilst you are there: Feed wild dolphins The absolute drawcard for Tin Can Bay is its wild dolphins. See the turtles at Mon Repos

Definitely a thing for your bucket list.  The turtles were THE reason we stayed at Bargara Beach Caravan Park. Mon Repos supports the Pacific region’s largest breeding population of loggerhead turtles, and the largest nesting marine turtles on the eastern mainland Australia. Of course we found lots of other lovely things to do in Bundaberg and the coast, but seeing the turtles was the highlight of the weekend.
