The Darling Downs in Queensland is THE place for sunflower drives. Sunflowers are a summer crop and only flower for 3-4 weeks. But you can find sunflowers from December to March and more on Darling Downs road trips.
For next season, pick your own at Warraba Sunflowers at Cambooya, Queensland. It is now closed.

Please be respectful of farmers. Only go into properties if you have permission. Otherwise, take photos from the fence and enjoy that colour.
