Rain, rain and more rain here today! But it is a long weekend AND our region has another May long weekend coming up for the local show.
It was so good to commemorate ANZAC Day with our community, unlike last year – and for some Western Australians. We’ve seen so many vans and RVs out there, I think everyone who can, is enjoying the freedom.
Here am I, our youngest took a photo of me kitting out the ‘kitchen’ of the new van. We can’t wait to hit the road!

I share my birthday week with my mother-in-law and this month we were totally spoiled with a Seafood Boat Cruise on Mooloolaba River, on Queenland’s Sunshine Coast. The commentary was fascinating, yummy food – but best of all we had almost all our family, and Heatley’s sister join in. That’s what I’m hoping for for Mother’s Day this year – more time together!
