We all know that government can be more of a hindrance than a help sometimes, so when local councils take the time to listen to the needs of their constituents and deliver the resources requested, we should all take the time to show our support.
After a concerted effort by locals and the persistence of the amazing team at Dryandra Country Visitor Centre, the Dryandra Regional council has established a new Free 72 hour stop in the heart of Narrogin.
Located directly opposite the Visitor Centre, public Dump point and adjacent to the railway station on Fairway St, this pet friendly, self-contained RV stop allows a maximum of 10 vehicles per night.
Still being in the early days of development, the council is seeking advice on how to expand the site moving forward. While visiting Narrogin, take a few minutes out of your day to drop in and see the dedicated team at the Dryandra Country Visitor Centre. They can offer some helpful some tips and advice for experiencing all the area has to offer and you can take the opportunity to fill out a feedback form for the council.
The Visitor Centre would love to further develop the Free RV stop to include a toilet and shower facility; but they need your help and feedback to help expand this facility for the benefit of all future travellers!
