If you are near the Darling Downs around in the month of September then seeing the Carnival of Flowers in Queens Park, Toowoomba is a must! There are all sorts of events held across town during the festival – food, cinema, markets and a parade! Impressively, 2022 is the 73rd year of this event.

Sounds of Spring is the theme for Floriade’s 35th year in 2022. The scale of this festival is huge – as is the colour on show, and the celebration of all things flowers, food and gardens in our nation’s capital. The music and tulips are my favourites here! Gates are open from 9.00am – 5.30pm daily
The closest spot to set up your tent or RV are caravan parks to each, although there are showgrounds in Toowoomba, too.
