It was a day out for us at the Fraser Coast Outdoor Show – great to see our books sold at the Mickey Blu Stand. (That’s a CAMPS shirt Heatley is sporting – perfect for Father’s Day!) It was an excellent opportunity to check on some Maryborough camps and visit mates in Hervey Bay.

These other sites are all across the top of Australia. We take you to an outback town we really enjoyed, also in Queensland, and share what to do and two places to camp.
Then we travel further north to WA and a national park camp beside a gorge and a free camp by a pool – you won’t want to swim in this one, though!
