You’ll find the Eromanga Motel in the centre of town, opposite the only independently owned Oil Refinery in Australia. It is walking distance to the local Royal Hotel and Town History Walk.
The very friendly team serves 3 meals a day, every day.
There are twin and single rooms with en suites, donga rooms, as well as powered and unpowered camping sites. It is pet friendly, with room for Big Rigs.
Other facilities in laundry, BBQ, picnic tables, mobile coverage and Wi-Fi. However, a huge bonus is the refreshing pool!
It was a little wet when we were there, and the red, muddy soil meant few dry sites were available. However the manager was so helpful and accommodating
Take your time in this wonderful town – there’s plenty to see and do in Eromanga, including meeting Cooper at the Eromanga Natural History Museum. It is also part of the Natural Science Loop.
You can also camp at the Eromanga Hall.
