Here’s our “Top 25 Best of”. All our favourites, yes we are biased this is our opinion – not best in the state – just best of our 4 month trip. We also saw a bit of ACT and QLD.

- Most RV Friendly Town – Karoonda, SA
- Hikes – Cape Bridgewater, VIC to see seals, you can also walk to the Petrified Wood Forest (Heatley favourite) and Griffith Island/Port Fairy Lighthouse, VIC
- Lighthouse – Cape Otway, VIC
- Silo – Karoonda, SA and Devenish, VIC
- Foodie Town – Mildura VIC – Larrys Prosciutto, Tik Tek
- Pub – Toolleen, VIC, Beachport SA, Pooncarie NSW, Crown Hotel, Wentworth, NSW
- Most surprising camp – Alex Trevallion Park, Walgett – Brewarrina also great spots!
- Waterfall – Woolshed Falls, Beechworth, VIC + Hopkins Falls, VIC near Warnambool
