Well, it is chilly down south – even in The Centre. Friends are in Alice at the moment and tell us the nights are very brisk!

Or are you further north, like Ross Gilmartin and Matt Booth (pictured) happily soaking in the sunny on the NSW North Coast.

I snapped them at  Kingscliff Beach Holiday Park, whilst we audited the area – with my son chauffeuring with his L-plates. This park has been relisted on our App, after a massive redevelopment.

If you are travelling or planning trips, you’ll see that some map pages in Camps 10 don’t have many campsite numbers on them. Look a bit closer and you will see rectangles of broken grey lines with a map number (‘See Page 54-55’).

Rest assured – this is how Hema has cut the new maps, the inset boxes have been used in many previous editions. It means campsites are listed on the map with the best scale – so they are more spread out and easier to see. This is the Hema reference you will find with the listing.

Remember, your Camps 10 has 950 new listings and 59 extra map pages compared to Camps 9.

Read on for an example in our blog.

This newsletter will suit you whether you are fleeing north or south, as today we travel from WA and SA, and finish in Queensland.

Find these all on our App, visit your App store to download. Keep warm
