Spring is here – if you can’t camp right now, here’s some fodder for your plans! We visit a national park, one of the most important wetland systems in south-west Queensland.
Plus you can imagine yourself at a caravan park in Derby, WA, a Victorian pub stay, a camp/beach shack in SA and a new RV park in NT.
Plus, the majority of these are pet friendly and newly listed!
When you check out our socials, you’ll see I’ve spent a bit of time at must-see Coolangatta, QLD (pictured). My three siblings are all interstate – ACT, NSW and my brother has just moved to the Pilbara in WA. For now, I’m the only one who can be with mum there. Hugs to anyone out there missing family or doing it tough.
Let us know where you are at the moment – share some photos of your campsite on our Facebook Group I Love Camping Australia Wide or email us! We’d also love to see them on our Camps Australia Wide App. If you are homebound – a past favourite campsite or caravan park would be fine!
Here’s a shout out to a couple of companies based in Sydney. We now are stockists of camping wine glass coasters (because Life is Too Short to Spill Wine!), Shoo Fly Camping Table Food Net and Beeswax Food Wraps – help them out and buy Aussie owned.
The beeswax wraps came in handy on our last trip, the couple who produce them normally sell packs at the Sydney markets, and there hasn’t been any of them lately!
We hope all the Dads and Grandads, Stepdads and Father-in-laws enjoyed a wonderful Father’s Day – we hope you were camping or soon will be!
