A quieter, more secluded waterfall than the main tourist spots, Tjaynera Falls is perfect for a swim after a shady monsoon forest hike. The deep plunge pool is a welcome cool-down after the 4WD track in.

Surprise Creek Falls
Multiple rock pools and cascades, with far fewer crowds than Florence or Wangi. It’s only accessible in the dry season by 4WD, but worth every bump in the road. Pack your togs — this is a great spot for a relaxed swim and picnic.
Reynolds River Track to Daly River
For the full 4WD experience, tackle the Reynolds River Track. This off-road route runs from the southern park boundary past Blyth Homestead and Tjaynera Falls, all the way to Daly River Road. Expect sandy stretches, creek crossings, and plenty of wildlife-spotting opportunities.

Central Valley
