With a State of Fire Emergency declared across 42 Local Government Areas in Queensland, and devastating fires in NSW as well – we are sending our heartfelt wishes for everyone affected, and praying for rain.
The tinder-box conditions mean we all need a bushfire survival plan and as you are travelling please follow any fire bans, and report fires to 000 immediately.
On a positive note, our Camps Australia Wide Community Cookbook is at the printer. So yes – it will be ready for Santa! We’ve already had some wonderful comments from those who have seen it, they are listing who they’ll give it to for Christmas.
