CAMPS travellers, please help our local region become more RV friendly, and let them know what we need. Gympie Regional Council is seeking your views on RV (Recreational Vehicle) tourism to attract and encourage visitors to the Gympie Region.
Comments are now being sought to help shape Council’s RV Strategy to plan for the increasing number of visitors from this growing tourism sector.
Your feedback is important to expand on opportunities for RV tourism in our region and to develop a strategy for the future that supports community needs and provides visitors with encouragement to stay and enjoy our region’s diversity and beauty.
With the caravan, motorhome and camping industry as the fastest growing domestic tourism sector, it is important that this strategy aims to plan to support RV tourism by recognising existing and potential opportunities within the region for attracting and accommodating RV tourists.
Your views are important to shape the future strategy for the benefit of the local community, businesses, tourists and the Gympie Region.
