Brrr – cold here this morning! I think it was close to 6 degrees. Meanwhile it is snowing down south so we have focused on some destinations up north to warm you up.

Thanks for all the feedback we’ve had from our first newsletter. I simply cannot find the photo CAMPS was tagged in via Instagram from an adult grandson who was telling us how his Grandad knows the CAMPS sites – by their number! How impressive is that – what a traveller he must be. So if it is you – please make contact.

Lyn wrote to us about the new Rand site:

“To say one learns something new everyday is certainly so today for me. I was born and lived in Albury for 18 years and yet, until today, have never heard of Rand.”

Thank you to the generous contributors – keep sending us any changes or images as you travel. We update the book every day!

Right now, we are readying for Caravan Parks 5 – out before Christmas. If you are a Caravan Park owner or manager – please do make contact and let us know of any changes.

More good news, our blog has been recognised as one of the top 10 camping blogs in Australia . Thanks Phillip and Cathryn. We aim to continue your tradition.

As we do so, we are considering what we can travel in to really get off the beaten tracks – and the question for us really comes down to – Motorhome or Caravan?  We took to the Queensland Caravan, Camping and Touring Supershow last week to find out, and we’d like to hear what you think.
