WHAT A GREAT BOOK!
I found my mouth watering as I was flipping through the pages. I love the way each recipe is tied to the author’s favourite memory of making it. I’m off to buy a camp oven so I can try out some of the recipes next camping trip!

I particularly like the favourite memory which adds a special touch to the cookbook. I like the one pot recipes and the use of the camp oven and the Weber. A lot of variety for campers with choice of bbq, slow cooker or camp oven. Makes me want to read more and go camping. Readers will love it.

A WINNER!
The book gave me a sense of a community of travellers which have common goals of travelling this amazing country, spending time with family and friends and relaxing (and eating well).
I cannot wait to try out a few recipes.
