Silvie is a lovely host who will make you feel welcome, as she delights in sharing her paradise with you. She grows organic produce, can supply you with firewood and provides basic amenities like shower and toilet at the homestead, around 300 metres from the nearest camping spot. There is a bbq, swimming and fishing in the river, and generators are permitted.
These are large spacious campsites, you’ll have complete privacy and she even caters to camping groups. There’s so much open space the kids can have fun exploring, or finding turtles in the river. Make sure to pack a football or cricket set with you, the kids pushbikes and it is the perfect place to fly a kite! The family pet hasn’t been forgotten, dogs on leash are welcome too!
