Pentecost River Crossing, Western Australia

About half way between El Questro Station and Home Valley Stations, you’ll find bush camping near this notorious river crossing.

During the dry season, it is not a difficult crossing – however it can be deep and long.

Whether you stay at the stations or this spot, those beautiful escarpments known as the Cockburn Range really do dominate your views.

Bush camps are found on the eastern side of the river – expect gorgeous sunset vistas against the range, shade and firepits.

It is a known crocodile spot! So set up well away from the river.
