What to see and do at Arthur River in Tasmania’s North West
Boasting three budget campgrounds and a caravan park, Arthur River is a must do! This tiny village has a population of about 25. Surrounded by the Arthur-Pieman Conservation Area and located on the Tarkine Drive this is a pristine area of Tasmania. As for wildlife, there are Bennett’s wallabies, Tasmanian pademelons and wombats. Tasmanian devils, brushtail possums and spotted-tailed quolls! Unfortunately, we only spotted the Tassie Devil signs.
