On the main map screen, below the filters you will see three icons inside small grey circles. The third icon is a fuel bowser, tap this to toggle fuel stops on/off.

Please note that you can use the filter menu to turn on/off particular fuel retailers from being displayed. Please use this if you have a loyalty card for particular retailers and then you can choose to only display these on the map.
