First open the Explore tab in the App. To jump the map view to your current location (shown by the blue location dot) tap on the location icon (arrow in the large white circle) located in the bottom right hand corner of the map.

If the blue dot is not showing on the map or the tapping the location icon doesn’t do anything, you have not given permission for the Camps Australia Wide App to access Location Services on your device. To allow Location Services, please close the Camps Australia Wide App then follow the instructions below;

Apple Devices – Go to your phone or tablets Settings, at the top of the list above the Apple ID, scroll up until you see the search bar appear. Search for Location, which will be contained under the Privacy & Security settings.
Scroll down the list of apps until you see the Camps Australia App. Tap this and ensure you have location services enabled to “While using the app”. This will ensure you can use the service while using the app but it will not drain resources while you are not using the Camps App.

Android Devices – First find the Camps App on your device, then long press the app until you see the extra controls pop up, tap the  Info button next to the apps name to view your app info, then choose Permissions/Location then choose allow only while using the app.
