The camps Australia Wide App is for your own personal use and you cannot send it on to anyone else. You’re not allowed to copy, modify the App or our trademarks in any way. It is an offence to extract the source code of the App, and you are not to to translate the App into other languages or make derivative versions. The App itself, all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it belong to Camps Australia Wide. 

Camps Australia Wide is committed to ensuring the App is as accurate, useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the App or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. 

The Camps Australia Wide App stores and processes personal data you have provided to us at sign on to protect your account. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the App secure. We recommend you do not jailbreak or root your phone, by removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Camps Australia Wide App won’t work. 

If you’re using the App outside of an area with Wi-Fi your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the App, or other third party charges. By using the App, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges.

This App is intended to be used as a guide only. The representation on the maps of any road or track is not necessarily evidence of a public right of way. Third parties who provide information to the publisher imply to the publisher that such information is accurate and current. Whilst the publisher believes the details contained in the App to be correct and all care has been taken to ensure the information is as accurate as possible, inaccuracies may occur. As such, no responsibility is taken for changes, amendments, additions or alterations to any item. No liability will be accepted for any decisions or actions taken based on information contained in the App.

The subscription is for 1 year of full unlimited access to app resources, content and updates. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews for $9.99 per year unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your iTunes account settings any time after purchase.

By accepting the terms and conditions of the App all images you submit on the App are deemed to have had assigned the images copyright to the Camps App publisher and can be displayed in the App or other publications owned by Camps Australia Wide Pty Ltd.

Conditions in Australia are constantly changing, and as such, Federal, State and Local authorities may make changes to the conditions relating to sites listed in this App, which are subject to closure or change without notice. 

Pricing is a guide and users should make contact with the site to verify the current price/fee as pricing is subject to change without notice. 

All content in this App is researched and personally verified by the team at Camps Australia Wide and not ‘crowd sourced’ nor do we include illegal sites, or gravel pits’ in this App. 

Please obey any signs and do not insist you are in the right because it’s in the App. The App is a guide only.
