Our newest listing is beautiful Blackiron Campground just south west of Proserpine, Queensland. Bring your caravan, motorhome, tent or swag and enjoy the open spaces of the paddocks or down by the Andromarche River. You’ll need your own toilet and shower facilities as this is bush camping at its finest.
There’s boundless wildflowers and wildlife here, try your hand at fishing or just enjoy a cool swim, with waterholes just a short stroll from your camp. You can get mobile reception here and friendly owners Ben and Cassie sell firewood for your campfire (in season). For those that want to venture out to the tourist attractions, its only a short distance from Airlie Beach.
Pets are welcome (on lead) as there are sheep and and chickens on the property, they also have a cabin available to book if you want some creature comforts.
