The Beach to Reach is a unique event for anyone who loves food, fun and adventure!
In September of this year, a bunch of intrepid foodies and travellers will gather for a week-long progressive dinner party starting in Rainbow Beach and finishing in Longreach ….an entree for The 2020 Outback Food and Wine Festival.”
Led by Master Chef Matt Sinclair, you’ll wine and dine in the outback towns of Roma and Charleville along the way and with a couple of days between courses, there will be ample opportunity to take in the sights, sounds and tucker of other iconic bush towns and landmarks as they make our way west.
While it’s expected that plenty of fourbies and caravans will join the adventure, Matt says there are lots of ways to enjoy the Beach to Reach, be it in hotel and motel accommodation or by just rolling out the trusty swag.
“Thats the great thing about this trip…the freedom it offers to chart your own course but of course we come back together every other night with your fellow Beach to Reachers …and a few locals thrown in for good measure.”
Matt’s menu for the adventure will come from his wildly successful Sum Yung Guys restaurant at Sunshine Beach on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
An exotic menu in spectacular Queensland locations, plenty of night-time entertainment and $25,000 in prizes to be won along the way, the Beach to Reach is the perfect way to holiday at home this year while supporting those towns that have done it tough through years of drought.
A perfect first course for the 2020 Outback Food and Wine Festival …just one of the many inclusions in your ticket price along the way.
The Beach to Reach ..surely the world’s longest and yummiest progressive dinner. Tickets are limited and selling fast!! For more information and to buy your tickets online …go to beachtoreach.com.au.
