At Wolfe Creek – camp beside the world second largest meteor crater!

Wolfe Creek camp is located close to the second largest meteor crater in the world. The huge meteorite hit the earth approximately 300,000 years ago leaving an 850 metre wide crater in what is now known as Wolfe Creek National park. The camp site has basic facilities but you will need to make sure you have enough fuel and drinking water before you arrive.

This camp is on the famous Tanami Track.
