This is a famous corn beef and white sauce pie from Ed’s Beach Bakery at Rainbow Beach. So famous, in fact it was recently listed as No. 1 for Top Ten Pies around Australia, by Creek to Coast. It just happens to be my favourite pie, at our local bakery. I don’t eat a pie very often – when I do have a urge for one, this is where I go!
