On these versions below, they have been amended. If you can print to the correct size, you can replace these in your book. If not – manually crossout and correct the sites numbers. Merry Christmas!

If there is one thing 2020 has done, it has made us more grateful. We felt so fortunate to experience Outback Queensland this year – a trip we had planned for, cancelled and excitedly re-organised. In our latest book, CAMPS 11 you’ll find more facilities listed with colourful NEW symbols. You can easily see if you can swim (in waterholes, creeks, dams or the ocean) and fish at a site. You’ll also know it is recommended as 4WD only. What’s New in Camps 11?

For the first time in the history of CAMPS, you can identify the site type at a glance on the maps. We now have these colourful new symbols so you can see if it is a recreation or showground, national park, state forests or nature reserve, station or pub stay, RV park or other freedom or paid site. Without looking at the listing, you can see if it is pet friendly depending on whether the numbered oval has ears or not and which type of stop it is depending on the colour. “The Campers’ Bible”

Michael Lennon with his Camps Book Lake Wyangan (pictured below) is one of the many beautiful free camps we have found in our caravanning trips through SA, Victoria, NSW and Qld using the Camps Australia Wide guide book. Lake Wyangan which is a lovely camping spot about 8 km north west of Griffith in NSW. This book is referred to by many travellers as the “Campers’ Bible”.
