Kerrie and Brian have opened up their 17 acre property at Buxton, near Childers for camping. It is half way between Bundaberg and Hervey Bay, Queensland with 8 dedicated camping areas set amongst natural bushland.  Brian said, “The camp sites are all flat, fully grassed and well maintained. Each campsite has its own fire pit and an initial supply of firewood (plenty more available in the ‘bush’ areas).  The campsites are only suitable for fully self contained motorhomes, RVs and Caravans as there is no power, water or shower toilet facilities on site (as yet).” The couple live on site

Carmel Cider Co Camp is our Ambassador Daniel’s happy place and Perth’s best kept camping secret – where you can camp amongst the apple trees or in the paddock and have a cidery down the driveway! Not just a camp area, this historical reserve is 160 km south of Alice Springs and is dominated by a 50m high sandstone pillar. At sunrise and sunset, the red and orange in the rock are impressive over the Simpson Desert plain. There are short walks so you can explore, take photos and local wildlife. Castle Rock, Northern Territory The local Aboriginal people believe that the pillar is the gecko ancestor Itirkawara. Here is a beautiful coastal campsite in the rugged west coast of Tasmania. It is free, pet friendly and protected from the wind. Metres down the road, you’re at the beach! The park here has toilets, cold showers, a playground, sheltered BBQ and picnic tables right over the beach with AMAZING views.  There are more picnic tables in the camp area (see the video below).
