Gibraltar Falls ACT We love camps near waterfalls! On a recent winter visit to the Australian Capital Territory, I was able to scope out some campsites.  From Woods Reserve, you can walk or drive upstream to the magnificent Gibraltar Falls. It’s only 30 or so km from Canberra. It is named after the first Europeans to settle in the area. The camp is near Namadgi National Park – with toilets, showers, picnic tables, shade, wood BBQs and a 14 day limit. It is a pretty drive out here, not far from the Brindabellas. EPIC Canberra reopens for camping in our Australian Capital Territory

If you are travelling to Canberra in our Australian Capital Territory we have some great news! After months of closures, Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC) has reopened, September 2022. Pre-book via phone or email – details are in the Camps App and guides. Prices have risen up $5 – to $40 for a powered site for 2 people per night, and $35 for unpowered.
