Naracoorte Golf Club, new RV stopover, South Australia

Naracoorte Golf Club is a budget campsite situated just a short distance north of the township.  Set in shady parkland, it is convenient for a quick trip to town or a meal at a local restaurant.

Sam and his friendly team are offering unpowered camping to self contained RVs.  You’ll need to have your own facilities, though the toilets are available during club opening hours.   There are fire pits provided and rainwater is also available.  You’ll find a good restaurant in walking distance and the club does a Friday Pizza night during daylight saving times.   The site is pet friendly too!

What to do at Naracoorte

Naracoorte is halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne on the limestone coast. It is the perfect link between the Great Ocean Rd and the Grampians National Park.

Visit the Naracoorte Caves, and enter a world of fossilised prehistoric giants. It’s a must do for families and a fascinating adventure.

There’s history galore along Naracoorte’s heritage trail and if it is hot when you are visiting, take a splash in the Naracoorte Swimming Lake, a huge man made lake, with picnic area, playground and BBQs.
