But if you need a Camps Australia Wide guide book urgently and don’t want to download our App – pop down to your local newsagent, all good book stores or your local camping store. Our publications are also available at major chains like BCF, Anaconda, Dymocks, QBD and RAA. 

We don’t have a bricks and mortar shop but we do have a great online store which is open 24 hours for you to shop. This is the best way for you to buy from us.

Are you trying to ship to an Overseas address? If so then this will not work as we do not ship overseas as the cost of postage to you would be much higher than the cost of the book. Please refer to our website for overseas retailers that stock and ship the book.

For orders over $55, standard postage is 100% FREE across Australia. Standard postage rates apply to orders under $55.

We use Australia Post and the delivery times are generally 5 working days for QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS and the ACT, with transit times for WA & NT up to 10 working days.

If you need Express Shipping, please contact us for a custom quote.

Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.

Yes, you can opt for express shipping for an extra fee, calculated when you enter your details online. We are also happy to organise this for you over the phone 07 5474 2542

Returns FAQs

We will offer to return, refund or replace your order if it is damaged or lost in transit, or if the goods we supply do not meet our obligation under Australian Consumer Law.

Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund or accept a return if you change your mind about a particular purchase.

You must notify us within 4 weeks of the shipping date if you have not received your order or if your order has arrived damaged. We will provide a refund or replacement item if your purchase has been lost or significantly damaged in transit.
