Did your Dad introduce you to camping? I do remember roasting marshmallows with him on his brother’s farm, but he discovered camping later in life, after his nest was empty. There’s a funny photo of him and mum camping in the Outback and even one in the snow in Alaska! Sadly both our Dads are in heaven, so Father’s Day is now a time to remember them, as well as enjoy our own brood.
If your dad (or father of your children) is a camper, it is now only a week until Father’s Day, September 6. Soooo – there’s still time to purchase him a Camps Australia Wide Gift Voucher.
We’ve just launched them in time for Father’s Day. And there’s no worries with delivery, as it will be emailed direct with a special code, at the price you decide on.
He can choose from any of our books – remind him that the Camps 10 comes in two sizes! And if he likes caravan parks, then a Travel Pack is a great buy.
In this newsletter, we list 8 favourite road trips in NSW, an SA free camp with a cellar door, a free stop in WA and list of re-opened Gladstone camps in QLD. On top of that is a beautiful community campground near the QLD border and an easy camping recipe. You could serve it up to Dad!
