Lilydale Falls Reserve – North East Tasmania

Travel_and_tassie via Instagram While heading off on an early morning trip towards the Meander Valley, it was an opportunity to stop at the Lilydale Falls Reserve about 25 km east of Launceston, just on the outskirts of the village of Lilydale.  The spot is popular for a picnic, to camp or for bushwalking.  (Above image @Travel_and_tassie via Instagram ) The reserve is a leafy, shaded haven, with lots of birdlife and plenty of room for vehicles,  caravans, motorhomes or to camp up for one night.
