The Echcuca Rotary Park is about 4kms from the town centre, and has full time caretakers living on site. There is plenty of room, and you can choose from setting up camp in the main oval or heading over to the riverbank. Echuca is close to the junction of the Goulburn, Campaspe and Murray Rivers and its name is an Aborignal name, meaning "Meeting of the Waters".Lots of interesting history here, with Echuca having been Australia's largest inland port by the 1870s.
