We have visited Canberra A LOT. In fact, at least once or twice a year since the kids were little. We camp or stay with my sister and family.
If you are travelling to Canberra in our Australian Capital Territory we have some great news! After months of closures, Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC) has reopened, September 2022. Pre-book via phone or email – details are in the Camps App and guides. Prices have risen up $5 – to $40 for a powered site for 2 people per night, and $35 for unpowered. It is $5 per extra person (aged 5 years and over). Facilities include toilets, showers, dump point, laundry, water and picnic tables. It is pet friendly and there is room for Big Rigs. We love the

Memorial Park Goondiwindi The Ode always brings a tear to my eye. ANZAC Day is a solemn reminder of all the lives lost and impacted by war. This year it also commemorates the 80th anniversary of D-Day in WWII and Army women serving overseas. As we travel Australia, we see war memorialised in avenues of trees, swimming pools, gates, arches, cenotaphs, crosses, gardens, hospitals – even roads and bridges. This gorgeous beachside location on the New South Wales south coast has been reopened as Beachside Ulladulla Holiday Park after the long closure of Beach Haven. It is pet friendly and getting great reviews from campers. They love the ocean views, abundant activities in the area and falling asleep to the lapping of the occean waves.
