Walking across the border from Coolangatta to visit Tweed

Such fabulous feedback on the brand new CAMPS 11 and not long now for the Easy to Read Edition to be released.

To all of our CAMPS Community, we are checking sites constantly – all of the sites in CAMPS 11 have been updated in readiness for the new book. Later this year, we’ll audit every single Caravan Park in Australia.

In the meantime, if you see a symbol in the Camps Australia Wide App that needs updating – please let us know. Remember, that there are a load more symbols in the new book and App that aren’t yet in the Caravan Parks books. These include fishing, swimming (like creeks and ocean swimming), generators, pets seasonal, 4WD only, gas bottles, games rooms and even glamping.

You can update the listing directly into the App, email or call us! We appreciate each and every suggestion.

Isn’t it great that today Queensland is finally good to go for New South Wales travellers? We were only in Coolangatta last week and had to walk across the border to visit Tweed (pictured)! The weekend before we drove through the border checkpoint with our pass between Boggabilla and Goondiwindi. We visited some AMAZING campsites and towns! What a struggle it has been for locals in border towns.

This newsletter has a budget camp in remote Queensland, a NSW caravan park, 15 pet travel tips AND how to download your free Camps App, when you buy your book.
